Refund Policy

You cannot cancel or request a refund for any payments you have made to VOX Casino. You do not have the right to request a refund or a chargeback for a completed payment. The money you send to your casino account is transferred to your balance and can be withdrawn from there, but: 

• In accordance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies, we may require you to wager at least 1x the amount you sent before withdrawing it. Additionally, even after that, we may request you to pay a special fee for the withdrawal if necessary.
• We may limit or suspend any withdrawal in the following circumstances: a) if we suspect the transfer is suspicious or fraudulent, b) if the person making the transfer is different from the person associated with the casino account, c) if bonus wagering requirements apply, d) if we detect a pattern where the funds are withdrawn without being used in games, e) if we cannot verify your identity.

In this context, please note that we are required to verify the identity of the member making the withdrawal request. We may ask for multiple documents for this purpose and may close the accounts of players who fail to complete this process successfully and invalidate their winnings. 

VOX Casino is not a financial institution and does not charge any interest on the funds in your casino accounts. 

VOX Casino is not liable in any way for any financial or emotional damages arising from reasons such as stolen bank cards or hacked accounts. The security of your financial information and casino account is your responsibility.

Submitting a chargeback request for funds sent to VOX Casino constitutes a violation of our terms of use, and in such cases, your account will be terminated. In the event of account termination for this reason, we reserve the right to invalidate any funds in the account balance. 

If we suspect payment fraud or any other unlawful activity, we may cancel your account, invalidate any funds in the account balance, and report the matter to all relevant authorities, including credit collection agencies. In such a case, we also reserve the right to pursue legal action for any potential damages.
